Clay pricing guide · reviewed September 2026

Clay pricing, without the spreadsheet math.

Clay now separates workflow actions from data credits. This guide explains the public plans, the limits that change your real bill, and how to compare Clay with an agent-native GTM workspace.

The plan price is only the first line of the model.

Clay's public pricing page currently presents four plans: Free, Launch, Growth, and Enterprise. When we reviewed it on September 3, 2026, the displayed monthly prices were $0 for Free, $167 for Launch, $446 for Growth, and custom pricing for Enterprise.

The important change is the two-part usage model. Plans include workflow actions and data credits, and the amount of each varies by configuration. A realistic estimate starts with rows processed, actions per row, provider calls per row, retry behavior, and the percentage of records that become usable.

Pricing and packaging change. Treat this page as a decision framework, then verify the final plan, allowance, and billing cadence on Clay's official pricing page before buying.

What you can build

One workspace from source to finished workflow.

01

Map actions per workflow

Count enrichment columns, AI steps, formulas, routing, and destination writes for a representative run.

02

Separate data usage

Identify which providers consume data credits and where bring-your-own-key usage changes the economics.

03

Price failed attempts

Include fallbacks, retries, catch-all records, and no-match results instead of modeling only ideal rows.

04

Add operating time

Estimate the human hours required to build, QA, repair, and monitor recurring tables.

05

Check plan gates

CRM syncs, webhooks, bulk runs, support, and governance may require a different plan than the headline workflow.

06

Compare accepted records

Divide the full monthly cost by records that actually pass your quality bar and reach a destination.

How it works

Build a pricing model around one real workflow.

  1. 01

    Choose a representative campaign

Use a workflow you expect to run every month, including source, enrichment, scoring, validation, and export.

  2. 02

    Measure every billable step

List row volume, action count, data-provider usage, retries, and expected match rates.

  3. 03

    Apply plan limits

Check row caps, sync requirements, schedule support, top-up pricing, and annual commitments.

  4. 04

    Compare cost per accepted lead

Use the final set of verified, ICP-matched records as the denominator—not the original CSV size.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you build.

How much does Clay cost in 2026?

Clay's public pricing page listed Free, Launch, Growth, and Enterprise plans when reviewed on September 3, 2026. The page showed Free at $0, Launch at $167 per month, Growth at $446 per month, and Enterprise with custom pricing. Your actual cost can also depend on actions, data credits, billing cadence, and add-ons, so confirm the current configuration directly with Clay.

What is the difference between Clay actions and data credits?

Clay's current pricing separates workflow actions from data credits. Actions measure workflow operations, while data credits cover certain provider data usage. A workflow can therefore consume both resources, depending on the columns and providers it runs.

Does Clay have a free plan?

Yes. When reviewed in September 2026, Clay's Free plan listed 500 actions per month and 100 data credits per month, with unlimited seats and tables and a 200-row limit per table.

What should I compare besides the monthly plan price?

Model your cost per accepted record, not only the subscription. Include workflow actions, provider data, failed lookups, top-ups, seats, CRM sync requirements, and the operator time needed to build and maintain each workflow.

How is gtmcli pricing different?

gtmcli's closed beta is free. Eligible founding teams can lock in agency-level platform access for $250 per month at public launch. Third-party provider usage may still be billed separately, while owned people and company enrichment is included under the beta offer.
